I take a product from idea to interactive prototype working alongside development teams.

I enjoy the whole journey from problem, to idea, interactive prototype and being part of that journey. I create wireframes and the interactive prototypes with the assets to hand over to development

 

I do conduct some user testing and also utilise online remote testing tools, but I do work alongside Human factors engineers and UX researchers who conduct much more in-depth studies.

I have some experience managing and junior staff and freelancers during my time at UVA. I have not yet directly managed anyone in a UX role, but I would describe myself as emotionally intelligent and a people person. I enjoy seeing others succeed so it’s something I would be open to.
